Medical Secretary/Practice Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a medical secretary to join the team here at KMS Professionals.  We are looking for a happy, smiley and cheerful person, with a good sense of humour who can be sympathetic and compassionate.

The ethos of the company is to provide stress-free private practice management services to medical consultants nationwide via a remote working environment from our offices in East Farleigh, near Maidstone. For this role we are looking for a candidate who has previous medical secretarial experience and this can either be in the NHS setting or private practice.  An AMSPAR qualification (or equivalent) would be seen as an advantage.

You will need to be a positive and enthusiastic individual who can use their experience to their advantage to be fast tracked through our in-house training programme to run consultants private practices.  It is also essential that you have a good sense of humour but be used to dealing with patients in a sympathetic and compassionate manner.  Teamwork is vital in this role and the fast pace of working should not be underestimated and it is essential that candidates are proficient in all Microsoft packages.

The working hours are 37.5 hours per week between 8am – 6pm.
