This is a newly created and exciting position in our expanding New Business Team based at our offices in East Farleigh, just outside of Maidstone, Kent. You will be an essential part of the the team, assisting with the practice set up for consultants new to KMS. We are looking for a happy, smiley and cheerful employee, with a good sense of humour who can be sympathetic and compassionate when required.
The successful candidate will undergo a thorough in-house training programme to enable them to undertake medical administration involved with running consultants’ practices.
This is a fast-paced environment where you will deal with a constant flow of enquiries from patients, hospitals and consultants over the telephone as we are a remote service. This role focuses on efficient and accurate admin duties which include making appointments, proof reading letters, ensuring results are available for clinics, booking operations and raising invoices.
This means that communication is key and due to the nature of the role you will need to swap between different IT systems, phone calls and tasks remaining focused at all times.

37.5 hours per week. Office hours are 8am – 6pm so you will be expected to work your hours between those times
