  • Personalised phone line dedicated to your practice answered all year round.
  • Working with Practice Manager database to run your practice at maximum efficiency. This can include ‘hosting’, invoicing, clinic letters and end of year accounts.
  • Maintaining close contact with consultants regarding their daily activities and keeping diaries up to date.
  • KMS have established close links with all the hospitals where their consultants practice. We are therefore able to prepare clinic lists and keep hard copy of notes if required.
  • Setting up e-mail accounts, websites, providing individual letterheads and business cards.
  • Ensuring transcription is returned to you electronically within 48 hours and once signed, letters are printed and sent to relevant parties. We make every effort to use an electronic system and therefore welcome e-mailing patients copies of their clinic letters.
