KMS are the leading provider nationally in virtual practice management. We have already set up our team to work from home successfully and are able to assist with phone answering, billing and collection and transcription. Please get in touch on 0203 282 1233 if you need assistance.

 

During this unprecedented period, the KMS team will be working the hours of 9 – 5 pm to ensure our team are working cohesively to be able to continue to deliver the professional service we’re proud of.

 

We sincerely hope to be able to get our team back in the KMS building sometime soon but in the meantime we wish all our team, suppliers and consultants the best of health. We can’t wait to be together again as a team!!!!

Coming from a Marketing and Events background, I was really surprised at how quickly I was able to settle into my role in private practice (thanks to the support and guidance from my new team!). From day one in the office, my time management, customer service skills and attention to detail were put to the test and I have really enjoyed growing into a Practice Manager within my first year.

 

As a growing business KMS has provided me with opportunities and support to progress in my career. Before joining KMS I was a Duty Manager at a childrens soft play centre with little administration experience. I started at KMS as a Trainee Medical Administrator and over the last five years I have been able to advance into the senior management team. I am now completing a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership with the support of KMS to develop my skill set further, with the goal of progressing to the Operations Manager.

 

I have been a part of the KMS team for 6 years now. I started as a junior administrator and have worked my way up to a Team Leader after coming from a retail and part time administration background.

 

I previously worked at London Bridge Hospital as an admin assistant.  I started my journey with KMS as a practice assistant and now I’m a team leader assistant which I’m really enjoying.  I have been given a lot of support by KMS and they have always made me feel welcome from the day I started.  I have learnt a lot from KMS about myself and my job role.   I am so glad to be working with such an amazing team of people.

 

I came to KMS having only worked in a childcare background having next to no admin experience.  I was welcomed into the team as soon as I arrived and am now confident and happy in my role.  I have learnt so much along the way and feel like I have been here much longer than I have!

 

I joined KMS straight after doing my A-Levels in 2015 as I wanted to do an apprenticeship in Business and Administration. In my first year I achieved a promotion to a practice assistant and since completing my apprenticeship in 2016, I have continued to progress within KMS from a practice manager to becoming a Team Leader Assistant in 2018. Most recently I have become the Social Media Coordinator which is an enjoyable new aspect to my job. From the beginning KMS have always been exceptionally supportive making it very easy for me to settle in and grow as a person, expanding my knowledge and skills continuously.

 

When I started at KMS Professionals this was my first experience within the medical field, having previously worked within the hospitality industry.  Although this was a daunting new career to start, KMS made the transition easy and comfortable. In the last two and a half years I’ve learnt so much more than I could have imagined, and that in itself has increased my self confidence.
